This calls for the most up-to-date, electonic data-based tools which we can provide to you at any time.

Assembly of fascias - we are professionals

Approximately 2000 fascias that are assembled and sequenced leave our plant every day. It is clearly defined where the responsibility in the whole process of handling these highly delicate parts begins and where it ends. We consider ourselves responsible for damages and assembly mistakes. We offer the whole range - from the rather simple assembly of a fog lamp all the way to punching painted surfaces, the marriage or even welding of components.

Developing and building assembly fixtures

If requested by the customer, we gladly develop and build assembly fixtures ourselves. E.g. we constructed a highly sophisticated assembly equipment for the Saab fascias. These fixtures include a 100 per cent error-proving poke-yoke feature. The employee is lead throught the assembly process with visual aids and is notified immediately if a mistake is detected. For both self-developed and customer-provided fixtures full maintenance is offered by TLC.
